One of the most famous trains in the world, Eurostar is offering a very high level of service at tremendous speed. Eurostar will take you from the center of Paris directly to the heart of trendy London, passing through the 52 kms of the Channel Tunnel. Did you know that you only spend 20 minutes in the tunnel, probably less time than any normal journey in the tube ?

Class of service

Class 1st class (Loisir Select) and 2nd class (Standard class)

1st class on board:

- Personalized welcome when you board the train
- Hot Meal served at your seat at any time with a choice of 2 menus
- Very confortable seat with space to rest
- Toilets and space for luggages and plugs for laptop computer

2nd class on board:

- 2 buffet bar in each train where you’ll find a selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and snaks.

At the Terminal: A large range of shops (Change/ Clothes/ Foods...)
Conditions of use with the France Rail Pass:
In addition to the France Rail Pass , a compulsory ticket is required in 2nd (standard class) or in 1st (Leisure Select). You will benefit of the special passholder fare.
Exchange: Possible 1 time without fees before departure at the Terminal desk / After departure: No exchange.
Refundable: No refund before and after departure.

Check-in procedure

We recommend that you arrive at the latest 30 minutes before the scheduled train departure. All passports will be checked by both French and UK customs. Please check with your Embassy if a visa is required.

Luggage Procedure

- Each Eurostar passenger is allowed 1 hand luggage and 2 other pieces of luggage (length 85 cm max)
- All luggage must be clearly labelled with your name & number.

- Additional luggage: 40€
- All luggage will be x-rayed for safety reasons

Using Eurostar with your France Rail Pass

In addition to the France Rail Pass, a compulsory ticket is required both in 1st and 2nd class. The France Rail Pass entitles you to a passholder fare subject to availability. 

Exchange & Refund for the passholder fare

Exchanges are permitted once before departure and not allowed after departure. This ticket type is non refundable before or after departure.
