Using Thalys with your France Rail Pass
In addition to the France Rail Pass, a compulsory ticket is required both in 1st and 2nd class. The France Rail Pass entitles you to a passholder fare subject to availability.
Exchange & Refund for the passholder fare
Exchanges are permitted once before departure and not aloowed after departure. This ticket type is refundable 75% before but not refundable after departure.
Boarding procedures
We recommend that you arrive at the latest 20 minutes before the scheduled train departure. Please check with your Embassy if a visa is required and that your passport is valid.
Luggage Procedure
Each Thalys passenger is allowed 1 hand luggage and 2 other pieces of luggage (length 85 cm max). All luggage must be clearly labelled with your name & number.
